Tom attended Indiana University and received his Bachelor of Law degree from Valparaiso University in 1968.
He has practiced law in Randolph County, Indiana for the past 50 years and is an active and current member of the Indiana Bar Association and Indiana Elder Law Roll of Attorney’s.
Meeks Cockerill

Meeks graduated with his Bachelors from DePauw University in 1996 and received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law in 1999.
He has an active and current member of the Indiana Bar Association and has practiced law in Randolph County, Indiana for the past 20 years. Meeks is the acting Attorney for the City of Winchester; Randolph County; Parker City and Randolph Southern School District.
